I've sent them multiple webforms under both enquiry categories, "Permanent Residence (applied online)" and "Change of contact information" but they just never respond to it! I just don't understand how every other webform submission of mine gets acknowledged but not something this important..

IRCC getting so much overloaded with work that they have taken 90 days extension for supplying GCMS notes after completion of 30 days routine time!

Then why do they claim that GCMS notes are not dealt by them but completely other department?

I am also in your situation - planning to move to India in a month or two from US - (it will definitely be before my PPR). I was planning to send a change of address too.

In any case in the PPR mail they will ask you to either send to Ottawa or ask for an updated location. In that you can again re-specify where you are and get an updated PPR mail.

if one passport is already expired then you need to send only the current (valid) passport. Btw, which passport details did you use while submitting the application? If it was of the old one, I hope you've updated them regarding the new Passport.

Just google if you get confused about any acronym.
Even if you are nominated by a province you will still need an invitation to apply (ITA) under Express Entry to submit an application. As you already know by now, If you got an ITA without being nominated, Your CRS score was good enough. IF you have a good enough CRS score, then chances getting a nomination is slim.

Hi Guys.

I got Landing Interview email today. Below is my tineline:

Aor: Feb1
Category: CEC Inland
Initial VO: CPC Edmonton
Final VO: Montreal, File moved on 5th July
Applicants: 1+3

I called CIC numerous times, raised a couple of webforms and every-time status was:
Criminality In progress
Eligibility Not Started
Security Not Started

Somewhere in September CIC agents started saying that Eligibility requires review by a senior officer. Ordered GCMS notes twice, one on 4th July and other on 21st August but never received any.

October 10 I saw an update to my profile wherein Addtional Documents status changed from “ We are reviewing....” to Not Applicable. When I called October 10th I was told that my application is approved and I should wait for further instructions.

October 15, after exactly 8.5 months, I received Landing Interview email.
My analysis of this whole process is that it is just a matter of your file getting touched again after initial analysis. The process is quick the day it gets picked up.

Well my file is in Ottawa as per agents and Ralph. But just not hearing anything. All I can think is that I have a very extensive travel history. I toured Europe and spent time in the States. I don't think I'm the only one with this kind of travel history though.

Travel history doesn't affect the process much, unless something seems fishy. Once they pick up your file things will move fast, until then there nothing we can do but hope

i applied through Getgcms
They said there were administrative delays at IRCC’s end and since Aug they got back on track with their 30 day dealine. All those that applied in July (includes me) have started receiving the notes now.

But guys another thing we need to consider is the elections that started there on Sept 11 and end on Oct 21. This definitely can be a major cause of delayed / slow processing of all visa applications. This means the wait will possibly end next week when election results are out.

Any thoughts?

Thankfully both my GCMS notes were delivered on the 31st day, unfortunately they had no useful info in them, so it was just a waste of time and money for me. Still waiting on the third one though.
