Hello there,
I have been planning to immigrate to Canada for my education. My age is 16 and I belong to Pakistan. I'm a single parent child, I've been apart from my father after a long struggle with him. I was 11 when i was kicked out of the house. My father never supported me for 4 and half years, we filed a case on him now he's ready to pay our expenses. I had a very tough time since 4.5 years and I've been planning to immigrate to Canada from a long time and now, I feel eligible. My mother wants to come with me as I'm a minor, it is possible?

Kindly please guide me what are the requirements and how long will take to process. I would love to be a part of Canada.

I have 2 more younger siblings, can they apply too?

It's not possible to immigrate as a high school student. It will be several more years before you will qualify to immigrate to Canada and you will have to wait until you are an adult.

To qualify to immigrate to Canada, you will need to wait until you have finished high school and completed post secondary education (preferably a bachelor or better a masters degree). You will also need to have at least one year of paid work experience to qualify to immigrate to Canada.

If you are selected and approved for immigration, only you will be able to come. You will not be able to bring your mother or siblings with you.

Of course, if your mother is eligible to immigrate to Canada under one of the economic classes, such as Express Entry, you could come as her dependent child.
