439 CSR points OINP banker NOC 6235

Dear all,
Could anyone help me to understand about the possibility of getting NOI from Ontario with 439 CSR points,
Also does occupation matters while choosing the candidate for OINP, My NOC code is 6235, Banker by profession.My point will be reduced to 434 by May 5,2020 as my birthday is there on that date. Kindly give me a clear picture rather than some rosy. Also, since 200 NOC now opened for SINP, shall I enter into this too to increase the scope of NOI, though first preference is Ontario.

My NOC code is 6235 too but my CRS IS below 400. I am looking for anyone especially who got NOI from SINP.OINP rarely prefer s 6235.
