Until the seats are full or December 1st i think

I dont think so , because Visa itself will take 45 days and considering that they should tell us atleast by end of October

Not 100% sure but i guess this form is not used in case of student visa may be used for express entry system to order academic results from institutions u have studies

In any case i don't think anyone of us have created this form for transcripts if someone knws more can tell

Yeah they would have to provide the ol by end of October because u need tym for visa filing then get visa and any case the study permit has to be submitted by 15 December so yeah by end of this month kpu will provide the ol's
