Cannot complete PR application due to website error, please advise!

I keep having this strange problem, and could not find it in the FAQ session of CIC.

The form keeps saying there’s Validation error in the Personal activities part of my Spouse, although the information provided is completed (all studying and employment activities from her 18th birthday were accounted for). We checked thoroughly and even refilled the information but the problem still persists. I wrote to website technical support twice but did not get any responses.

Please help me. I must finish the form to know what documents are required. I’ve already stuck on this problem for nearly a week.

When you end one activity on 2011-6 and start one on 2011-7 (and so on) the system may be interpreting that as a gap of one month. You need to have the end date of one activity be the same as the start date of the next.
