I applied for my fathers pcc on 3rd feb 2019 .. and not recieved any pcc from germany ... what should i do its 8 mnths now ... any solution .. my cousion lives there in germany can he apply from there from my fathers

There is usually a timeline to submit PCCs. Are you in touch with CIC about the delay?
