Hello,
I applied post graduate work permit outside of Canada, and it was approved.
Should I get the work permit at the border when I enter Canada?
Does my 3-year Post Graduate Work Permit start from now or the time I enter Canada? i.e. Is the expire date of my Post Graduate Work Permit 3 years after now or 3 years after I enter Canada?
Thanks a lot!

The permit will be mailed to your Canadian address. You can ask CBSA if they can print it off when you enter but they might not.

The PGWP is already active. It started when you were approved.

Thanks for your reply!
I applied the PGWP from outside of Canada, so the mailing address on my application form is a non-Canadian address. Will the visa office mail the permit to my non-Canadian address? Should I pick up the permit at the border when I enter Canada, which is similar with the situation of getting the first study permit? Thank you!
