Likely a scam due to fact the website domain only created last month and there is not even a website. The address looks like a converted condo building

AGREEMENT/ OFFER LETTER

With reference to your assessment and resume received, we take pleasure in offering you an employment with Ahead Estates as per following terms and conditions. All conditions are subject to award of the service and client’ approval of your assignment to the service.
Position:
You will be designated as a ‘’ GENERAL MANAGER SALES & MARKETING”
Date of Joining:
Your appointment will come into effect from the date of your joining duties, which should not be later than October 28th 2019, the offer can be withdrawn is you fail to join on or before this date.
Remuneration:
You will be entitled to the following remuneration for successful discharge of your duties:
Basic Salary : CAD 7,500
Other Allowance’ : CAD 1500
Total Salary : CAD 9,000 / Monthly

Leave Entitlement:
You are eligible for a paid leave of 30 days after continuous service of 12 months as per Ahead Estates law upon obtaining Ahead’s ID. However, granting of leave days are subject to leave availability/exigencies of work. The Employee may not waive this vacation or request cash compensation instead.
Air Ticket:
The Company shall provide the Employee with round trip economy excursion air ticket from Canada to homecountry (nearest International Airport) for every 1 year of continued service with the Company. Other benefits shall include;
** A private accommodation (Room)
** A Fixed land phone and computer with Internet package.
** Free Lunch Feeding
** Citizenship application sponsoring support
** Visa Expenses will be reimbursed upon arrival in Canada as your first benefit.
** Your Air Ticket (Economy Class) from your home country to Canada.
Contract Period:
Four (4) years first Contract can be renewed at mutual consent. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice by either party. In case of interference, insubordination or dishonesty or unauthorized absence or any other misconduct, the services can be terminated without any notice.
Probationary Period:
Your probation period will be 3 months, which can further be extended by another 3 months. Your work performance and suitability shall be reviewed over this time. The probationary period will form part of continuous period of employment. During this period, should your performance and suitability for the position be deemed to be unsatisfactory, then it is understood and acknowledged that the Company may terminate this agreement in accordance with applicable labor laws.
End of Service:
The Employee shall be entitled to severance pay also known as End of Service benefits or gratuity in accordance with applicable law.
Working Hours:
An Employee needs to work 48 hours a week as per Ahead Estates law.
Work Location:
You will be working at the head office or outlets or will be required to work from our clients/Consultant's Contractor's office as determined by the needs of the business. Your service at any time be transferred to any other place of business of the company now existing or to be acquired in future, from one branch to another branch.
Regulations:
You will be bound by the company regulations and ethics, either written or as practiced, and as modified. You will be governed by the company’s rules and Ahead Estates Labor Laws in respect of any matter not covered by this letter. It may also be noted that this Offer Letter is subject to your being medically fit, meeting the requirements of Ahead Estates regulations.
Confidentiality:
You shall treat all information concerning the business or affairs of the company as confidential and not divulge any information to anyone except with the written consent of the company.
Non-Disclosure Terms:
On cessation of employment from the company either by way of resignation, termination or superannuation’s, developments and invention made during your employment with us. You shall not disclose technical information or business information or any other proprietary information that you are preview to during employment.
General Terms:
Your appointment and placement on the rolls of the company is on the basis of the information furnished by you and in the event of such furnished by you is found materially inaccurate or
false, your services are liable to be terminated immediately in addition to and without prejudice to any what so-ever right of action the company may have against you.
Acceptance:

It is a scam as no employer provides accommodation, flights and food. The format of the letter is a common template used by scammers. Also familiar with scams is telling someone to reply in 48 hours else the offer is gone, all about pressuring someone to lose common sense.

Y'all are quick to post negative stuffs about a company you know nothing about ,most of you haven't stepped out of India and you open your mouth to say negative things ,I know of a person that works with this company ,gather your facts right before you talks.
We have our facts 100% straight.
We all know this letter is fake and there is no job. We weren't born yesterday and can smell a scam a mile away.
The fact you created a profile to join this forum just to argue this is real is further proof this is a scam.
As for never having stepped OUT of India - I have never actually stepped foot IN India (although I hope to visit one day). I was born in Canada. Have lived and worked all of my life in Canada as a professional. Letter is fake. Absolutely everything about it is fake.

Just to make sure it's clear - this job offer from Ahead Estate / Ahead Group is fake. There are many many reasons why it's very clear this is a scam. I'm commenting with the name of the company so that anyone searching the internet will hopefully find this thread and not pay these scammers any money for a job that doesn't exist.
Never been to India and have no plans to ever go to India.
The offer letter is totally fake, the website only just created which is common thing with scams. Employers do not provide school scholarships, free accommodation, food and flights and a 401K is a US only arrangement of no value in Canada. So it seems whomever wrote the offer letter has themselves never been outside of India or some other country that has people creating these scams.

It is an obvious fake, for all of the reasons listed by others above. We are very familiar with scams in this forum and it didn't take more than a few seconds to determine that this is also a scam.
In general, the answer to the question "I have this job offer, is it a scam" is 100% of the time yes, it's a scam. By now, we don't even need to see the job offer to determine it.
Don't bother, it's a fake company and it's not a real job.
