So I did not understand cic then because at first with same result they refused you then second time you apply with same result they approve you

may be TAV college requirement 6 each for pg prgm so thts why visa officer give me tht reason .. because first ielts 6.5( with L 7 R 7 S 6 w 5.5

Well reapply and this time also attach the english requirement of the college along with ielts and I have seen people getting visa with your same ielts scores just give a luck again
