Hi all! I got approved yesterday.
I applied on the 12th of June
Approved on the 3rd of October.

I am guessing it will take 1 week to get my paper document?

Hang in there for those who are waiting! I know it's hard, especially if it is affecting jobs or future travels as was the case for me. But in the end you will be ok!

Hii everyone
I have a question
If someone can help me out, will really appreciate.

I applied for my pgwp on June 12 and still didn’t get any updates

My TRV and study permit is expired and I am looking if I can still flagpole or not ??

Thankyou

Applied :June 7
Approved: October 02

In my case, I didn't receive and notification email nor a review of eligibility note. In the morning my application turned into updated, and later to "submitted" again. In the afternoon I saw the notification of 'approved'. It was a very stressful period and I am relieved today after 117 days of waiting! Good luck all of you guys. I hope you all will get it without any trouble.

For future applicants or for others who have the same issues as me: I didn't upload the transcript during my application and I send it via webform about 1 month after my application date. Later I realized I didn't add a page of my passport and I submitted it via web form as well.
Hey
You called them for your application

I sent in my PGWP application on july 9th while my study permit was still valid and it is still in processing but i want to take a trip to NY this weekend. Does anyone know if i would
1. Be still able to flagpole
2. Be able to re-enter on implied status since i sent everything before my study permit expired.

I would really appreciate some factual information on this topic, thanks!

If you want to leave the country and come back, you CANNOT come back on implied status.

I would recommend changing your status from student to a visitor (by applying for visitor Visa) so that you can come back to the country.. But I am not sure if you will get visitor Visa fast enough.

So im guessing i shouldn't take that risk or should i call border services and inquire about it seeing you expressed that there would be no way to re-enter while i wait for my pgwp to be approved under implied status?
