Procedure is the same like everybody . Make sure you have atleast 1 year continous experience in a shipping company to clear the eligibility.After that , you can add up contracts to make it 3 years to get maximum points.

Also,Your COC won’t be of use until you get PR.
You just need a reference letter stating that you were continuously employed for one year by one company.Yes post sea course from India can save you hell a lot of money ,but those have to be done post passport request.

I have done English proficiency test and got 7 band but still my crs score is around 317 so how do i increase my score and how to get my cert verified by wes?? How do i get PNP for ontario ??currently i am sailing as chief engineer with vships and sailing for last 12 years. Please suggest which province offers best jobs for marine engineers. Also i have done all my COC exams from mca uk does it help to get more points
