Hi Dr. Seun, I am afraid SINP is now averse to gift deed, It won't speak well after waiting for so long you are faced with rejection due to POF. I do not think It is impossible to receive NOI from other provinces going by your score, however, it depends on your NOC anyway. You can check their demand occupation lists to find which of the provinces could come for you and you position yourself for a selection. However, if you think your score is not worth the wait due to your NOC, then you can seek an acceptable form of POF.

Sorry for question:

I saw below for 4212 from SINP official:

"If you have a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Social Work, provide your assessment of equivalency letter from the Canadian Association of Social Workers (CASW). If your education is in a discipline other than social work the CASW will not assess your credentials. Provide your educational credential assessment (ECA) from a designated organization."

I would like to know is there no need to have ECA if I already process my CASW? I m confused, thanks
PS: I have master degree in social work and nearly 10years exp in social work

SINP would want assessment by CASW for your nomination however CIC will only accept ECA for you PR application. So unfortunately it appears you have to do both.

After receiving NOI and submitting it to EE profile, you will get ITA in the next draw. After that do you require to submit entire documents to IRCC again for the processing? Or IRCC just acknowledge the fact that SINP has already checked the docs?

No.
You have to enclose your father's birth certificate and his (your cousin) father's birth certificate as a proof.
How will you prove it? Because the Grandfathers are different.
