Hello All. I want to find out if anyone had similar experience. I submitted 4 pof, 2 out of the 4 were selected my personal and spouse saving account with serial number assigned to each. While my pension and mutual fund were not selected with serial number assigned to them. However, my personal saving account was given date of conversion, while that of my spouse was not before i got an ADR to provide an updated pof from 3rd March- 11th Sept 2019, pof salary account with supplementary statement & pension contribution from time of employment . The adr has been submitted. Profile now "in process" and invoice tab that was disappeared initially reappeared.

Has anyone experience this scenario before. Comments pls.

Its not new. I submitted same documents with payslips and other requested docs you did not mention. CAD amount and date of conversion removed, invoice tab appeared. I have been in same state going to a month now. Hope they are working on stage and a decision is to be taken. Lets hope it turns out in our favour! Regards

I thought I was in the only person with this kind of issue. Hope they are working on it at the back stage? My main concern is the long hiatus in their responses time. It will end in praise

If you are filling for EOI you won't find that but if you are filling for full application after receiving ITA, that's where you will find it

Please what is the estimated time period for which I can expect an ITA from OASIS.

Having satisfied all requirements, in less than six weeks possible.

First, SINP is very strict about POF, even if it’s a day less 3 months is outright rejection. So it is better to prevent that error. Try your best to get it ready before your application for nomination after you have received ITA.

Secondly, You can use fund generated from various sources, but note that you only have one tab on OASIS to upload your documents for POF, and during verification of POF, how many banks do you want your Immigration Officer to call, this might slow your process. I will strongly advise you mop your funds in one account. If it’s only one account, there is no problem, only ensure your fund is in the account 3 months before application submission and through out the entire process.

SINP reserves the right to determine minimum score. Recently, there have been higher score level. However, anything can happen.

The idea is at least 3 months before you submit application after receiving ITA from SINP. At least 3 months before 60days you are to submit application.

You have to reserve fund for the program. Keep a minimum balance sufficient for your family size on your bank account throughout the program.

My dob is 24/09/1984 and the draw was on 25/09. Could it be due to this. I m clueless please help.
I had 70 points and had got invitation to apply.

Yes I think so. You got point for age 22-34 but you clocked 35 and the point reduced I guess.

If you have completed 35 years on this March and turned to 36.
In SINP records , you are still 35 till 31st Dec. This year. And from 1st January you will be turned in 36 years.

When I did OASIS for my sinp application, after entering the date of birth, system automatically showed the age in that way,
Which I mentioned earlier.

I got sinp LOI, my score is 90/100
My crs is 455,
I intend using a gift deed if I get ITA, but if I'm to settle for the sinp does it mean I cannot use a giftdeed as POF? Or do I just wait and pray for crs to come down to 455?
Need your advice pls

Hi Dr. Seun, I am afraid SINP is now averse to gift deed, It won't speak well after waiting for so long you are faced with rejection due to POF. I do not think It is impossible to receive NOI from other provinces going by your score, however, it depends on your NOC anyway. You can check their demand occupation lists to find which of the provinces could come for you and you position yourself for a selection. However, if you think your score is not worth the wait due to your NOC, then you can seek an acceptable form of POF.
