canada after 12th(inter)

hello
i have completed my 10+2 in my year 2015 with 63% in 10th and 53% in 12th.so i have gap of 4 years.now i'm interested to do graduation in canada.so am i eligible to do graduation in canada with that percentage?
and what are the documents required and i have ielts 6.5.
