@robertp I received the email also. Would you guys consider this the request to obtain PCC? Also do u need one for canada as well if your parents are on super visa and have stayed here for over 6 months? Also for biometric is there a separate request? The email is vague and confusing since we have already submitted the passport docs fees and the travel history form. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
It says on the letter “if not already submitted”. So if you already submitted, you don’t need to submit. But it does not hurt if you prefer to submit it again, esp of you have a copy of the documents they are requesting.

Question regarding biometrics extension:

I called IRCC today and asked about extending time for biometrics. The agent said they would not confirm this request via email or anything and no response will come from webform.

Has anyone here asked for extended time? How can we then ensure that its ok to dekay?

This agent said that once you show up for the late biometrics (if that VAC accepts the past due letter) then the officer looks into your note and request and decides to accept it or not!!! Isnt it odd?????

Hi all , can you please help me on PCC question ---Do we need to provide PCC for Canada (Any country they have lived for six months or more). My parents were here more than 6 months in Canada.
