Filing a complaint against Immigration consultants

Hello Everyone,

I had applied for a Canadian PR through a consultancy in Bangalore.

They took 80K from me and promised me a PR.

It has been 2 years since they took the money and they haven't taken any steps whatsoever to help me get a PR.

My CRS score is 432 and my IELTS score expires this Decemeber.

So anyone here can tell me how can I file a complaint against them in India ?

I read in some posts that I can file complaint on IRCC website , can I do it ?

Can IRCC take some action as these consultants are IRCC recognised ?

Submitting a complaint to the IRCC website won't help at all - this consultancy isn't in Canada and IRCC has no control over them.

You'll need to pursue this through the court system in India.
