Do anyone here knows if a grandparents can hire /sponsor a caregiver for their grandchild?

Does the grandparent have legal custody of the grandchild? Or has the grandparent adopted the grandchild? Are the parents out of the picture? I'm assuming both the grandparents and the grandchild are either Canadian citizens or PRs.

No ! Yes they are both Canadian citizen , the parents are not out of the picture is just the grand parents earn more than the parents.

To the best of my knowledge this will not be accepted. The parents must make enough income to fund a caregiver.
