Are Post Secondary candidate eligible for Immigration

I am completed my intermediate with MPC subject and 95% score, age 18 years.
Would I eligible for Canadian Immigration ?.
If yes what will be the procedure and percent of success.

Highly unlikely you would qualify to immigrate at this time. Typically you need a post secondary degree - in some cases even a Masters.

Do you have any work experience? You need at least 1 year of year of full time paid and skilled work experience as well.

In that case it will be several more years before you may qualify to apply for PR.

You should focus on completing your secondary school education and then also completing a post secondary degree. You will also need work experience.
