Yes. They need to be certified. I need an entity/person who is recognized in Montreal. If I could get specific names, that would great. I remember I did it few years ago, but forgot where. But I remember it wasn't a lawyer.

A notary public can also provide certify and translation services. Just google keywords like "Montreal notary" and you can find a bunch!
