I called CIC last month they confirmed my application was approved on Aug 15 and told me will receive the email in coming weeks, its been more than month now but didn't receive any email. even called CIC again last week they told me they don't know when the email will be generated , I have submitted web form as well but no rply
Anyone facing same situation?
or anyone have any clue, what am suppose to do
this thing giving me anxiety at next level

Try using TextNow, it is available for android and IOS, install the app, do not set a location, and when prompted choose a Canadian number.
Call using that number from the app
It depends on the agent really. Most won't tell all this details. I didn't ask for it, he just causally mentioned it.
This question was asked and answered like a dozen times now in the last few days, is there anyway to pin the answer?

Got connected to the agent and the same status since so many months:
Eligibility- not started
Security- not started
Criminality - passed
When I asked what’s taking the officer so long to process the application?
She said - the officer has mentioned that there will be delay as additional verification is going on.
This statement worries me, Has anyone else got the same response?

You need not worry about the statement from the agent. Application can get delayed if some of the information we provided are not easily verifiable. In such cases the immigration officers will need extra information which will take time to gather. As long as you have provided everything they might need and the documents, time line and all match you don't have anything to worry. It will take few more weeks maximum to arrive, but it will come.
Congratulations on the outcome.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this stage, other than hope your mail is in the next batch. The longest delay I've heard of is two months, hopefully it will come before that. Please keep an eye on your spam folder as well since there is a high chance it might end up there. Also, if you want just confirm the email IRCC have in file for you is correct to each and every character. Don't be anxious about it, it will come. Meanwhile you can start preparing for the next steps other than wondering when it will come.
