hello last 10 days i have been searching many
not get any proper answer
my query was : in express entry there is option for "Two or more certificate,diploma and degree"
i asked this certificate must be at least how many months or how many hours which gets credential and being assessed ?
does course with 400 Hours (approved by ministry of science ) like MBA
can be valid and has credential for Express Entry ?
If NO two six months higher education program(2*400 Hours = 12 months = 1 year = MBA + DBA )
is enough to qualify under this option ?
just now i see twit mentioned : if one of them was 3 years or more (bachelor ) second period time not matter as it completed and obviously approved by valid organization
how you realize this message
please help as you know

It means you can select two or more degrees, diplomas and certificates.
If you ECA states any of your credentials as 3 year or more program, and have another valid credential assessed, it is two or more....

Your ECA report had a strange summary as I remember, for the second credential that is. Did you send them the report as well to get a better interpretation?

As @rajapanesar said - one degree needs to be at least 3 years, then the second one can be of any length as long as it's valid. You can't have something like 2 years for the first one and 2 years for the second one and claim two or more degrees.

The simple answer is - Your ECA report needs to show that it is a valid credential. Length does not matter.

If the ECA says "Not equivalent to a Canadian credential", or the agency (WES, for example), just tells you that they will not even issue an ECA since they don't recognize the certificate at all, then you cannot use it.

Only WES, IQAS can answer this. You can google the name of this higher education program + WES/IQAS to see if other people have had this certificate recognized. The hours etc do not matter.

No, just search the internet. Someone must have done this course and then tried to get it evaluated. Or you can email WES/IQAS directly and ask (though usually they just ask you to pay them before they give you a firm answer).

Yes sir in WES i see the name of this Higher education but for education level like "Bachelor " and "Master "
My question is i have bachelor this second certificate not equal to bachelor or master
not this , no certifications in the WORLD equality to degree (certificate is showing technical or vocational course not even equal to bachelor or master )
but yes Higher education assess from both WES and IQAS side

i went through a WES portal
below image i put from WES which recognize this kind of higher education program and institute
but if they accept why i asked so many times here !?
because they accept and equivalent for Bachelor,master,Phd ...i couldn't find link for tell this certificate will accept or NOT
i want to get certificate from that Higher education center for public administration (exact that)

WES will not tell you till you pay them.

If you do not wish to post the exact name of the college and course, then you should search the internet yourself and see if anyone else got a valid ECA for this course.
