First of all, no company in Canada, or someone with a inkling of how to write English, would write something like ;

It sounds ridiculous If a HR department is offering a position of employment, the offer would sound professional, that doesn't

As well, they would not issue a visa, only the consulate/embassy would issue a visa. There email address is something they just made up.
The link would not open up, but if it offered you accommodation, food, tickets to fly to Canada that would be another thing pointing to it as being a scam

SCAM.
There is no place called patriot valley hotel.

okay I paid rupees 15000 for that agent
Also, the basic of basics. Put the name of hotel in map.google.com and see where it is located.

For example Fairmont Waterfront. It shows a real location in Downtown Vancouver.

Then find its phone number from google and call them up to talk to someone there in the business side to confirm the story.
Paying INR 15000 (about CAD 300) for an unknown hotel is not wise.

Also, basic of basics. Its very hard to secure a mid-skill to un-skilled job in Canada right now except in farm work.
