Over staying ? Canadian government am sure suppose to have a system to ensure immigrants are staying legally !canadain govt also make provision for student to work and stay after their studies ,can we also regard this as overstaying ?Higher rates of past visa holders overstaying their allowed visits.
Okkkk...No means to prevent you from claiming asylum immediately upon entry. Given the higher instance of people using visas to obtain entry just to make a claim, the Canadian government scrutinizes those applications from countries where there is a higher likelihood of that happening (previous history, current economic and political climate) with a much higher threshold for approval.
lolzzzzz ,this is seriousCase in point, look at the stats from the IRBB for refugee claims in 2018
https://irb-cisr.gc.ca/en/statistics/protection/Pages/RPDStat2018.aspx
Nigeria 9,857 755 1,777 128 42 2,702 12,138 claims in 2018
You don't think applications from Nigeria for TRV aren't put under a fine tooth comb ????
I received a PFL on 15th of August 2019,the area of concern was that my bank statement ,I was asked to send online directly from my bank which I didDid you actually receive a PFL and when?
If they have sent you a PFL, that is essentially a refusal and they are allowing you to respond to their findings. Unless IRCC has approved your visa, the chances you’ve answered perfectly to their concerns is still up in the air.
normally it does lead to refusal. But if they doubt your bank statement and you are able to prove that it is real then you shouldn't be refused on that.So ,receiving a PFL is automatically a refusal?
Good job dragging up a 5 year old post from the depths of obscurity.Because of low quality of some African schools.
