Your question isn't entirely clear. I assume you want to apply under Express Entry since you are posting under the Express Entry section of the forum. If so, you need to take IELTS or another accepted English or French language test to meet the requirements to apply. ACCA will not be accepted in place of a language test. ACCA is not a language test.

You have to take the IELTS test and get the results before you will be able to create an EE profile. Registering for IELTS isn't enough - you actually have to take the test.
