At an average NDVO is seen taking 6 to 7 months from the date they get a file in office

nope... may be my lawyer get email . i always check my application through online tools
most people in this forum including myself didn't get any conformation email of the app reaching NDVO or when they started working on it and my ecas hasn't updated after medicals were received. I got my GCMS and see that they received and opened the application after 3 days so they do open it and start working on eligibility and bgc but i guess they don't bother sending emails out since its the final stage of processing and they'll just hit us with anything that they need or just finish the processing and then the passport request.

is the timeline same if it gets processed at CPC-M for two months and then transferred to NDVO?
third week of august had about five dec/jan applicants on january thread get their ppr within 2-3 months following transfer to ndvo, hopefully that's the case and they are reducing the wait times.

You are right as such files were treated as less complicated initially, however they wanted to clarify few doubts from applicant's country thus files were sent to NDVO. In the long run all files end up at the applicant's country. Since many checks had been done right here NDVO took less time. :)

Yeah i had mine transferred to CPC-M initially and then NDVO, its been 3 months since it got transferred. Hopefully they don't take more time and did some work on it while it was in mississauga.
The applicants who got their ppr were the ones who had their app in mississauga for few weeks before it got transferred to delhi, and few were who got theirs sent straight from sydney.

+16139444000 then navigate through the automated options, 2-1-1-0. Pressing 2 would get you connected to CIC then 1 to Permanent Residence, 1- sponsorship and 0 to talk to the agent. Usually the wait times are crazy, can easily take up 30-40 minutes to get connected and half the time they just end the call saying that they are receiving a high number of calls but i would say keep trying until you get hold of an agent.
