Anyway , I have confirmed with an expert , and he said it’s a tricky one , and it got to be true

ok, but they faced waves as high as mountains as well . To clear ur point ,they had to stand for five days ,as their captain was the only sailor . In the last line of para, expert skills were needed . They faced two difficulties - winds and waves -which one was the biggest problem - dnt know . But ,last line ‘ expert skills were needed ‘
The factor that made the journey difficult was the weather ...thats my opinion . If the weather is calm ships can sail without the sailor being present there continously

27. Due to trade winds should be the answer as they had an official captain to sail the vessel. If there were no winds they would hv easily continued the voyage.
29.seeing other people succeed.
Lastly they navigate the Atlantic ocean , winds is not an area or a place to navigate.
No , what about the tidal waves then

I ticked the winds , at first aswell
But, the paragraph mentioned tidal waves aswell . Only sailor was a professional , others didn’t have any idea

answers of 4 mcq’s ?

It can’t be
I know , u might have guessed that they had to stand for five days , but the journey was of 115 days . Those five days were owing to winds , not bcz of the size of the boat
I would like to rectify : the initial 5 days of the journey they made the captain stand , the waves were not for only 5 days . Even after they left cape of good hope there were high waves !!

No , for the first five days , there were strong trade winds
After leaving whatever place that was , they faced tidal waves as high as mountains
So, two different kinds of weathers , which one was the biggest , we cnt assume - but , in the last line , expert skills were needed by the crew

Anyway, let’s hope for the best , our result will tell , I hope everyone gets through
Stop discussing here - discussions would pave the way for nothing . Tc
