I’m currently in a sponsorship undertaking ( SCLPC class )
I’m interested in getting her deported because of infidelity. Can I call the CBSA tip line and meanwhile keep my identity anonymous ? if I can withdraw my SCLPC will she find out ? I also want to terminate sponsorship undertaking as I’m no longer intended to be with this person. Will I be allowed to do so ? will she be deported like I wished for?

In addition , she has affair with another man and he found out what’s going on . I guess I’m not the only one call immigration to get her deported. Good luck

No. Infidelity has nothing to do with immigration. She won't lose her PR for this, and you are responsible for the undertaking for the full three years.

You can withdraw your sponsorship if she hasn’t landed. The OWP will continue until it expires. No this can’t be anonymous.

It really depends on how to tell this story.
If I emphasize how she used me to stay here I guess immigration will be interested in conducting an anti fraud investigation on her SCLPC. Thanks for your advise. Very appreciated.

Has she actually landed and is she a PR. Unless you can prove that the relationship was not genuine when you entered into it you are out of luck and eill just have to move on and hope she doesn't use welfare.

Nope. SCLPC just started this year, PA is a foreign national currently resides in Canada. My understanding is If I withdraw as sponsor I can directly call CIC and get partial RPFP back.

Will I get full refund of RPRF fees? 1k something ?

If the application is still in progress you'll get a refund of the RPRF which is 400 and change.

You can't have her deported. Only IRCC can instruct her to leave Canada.

Yes - she will find out that you've withdrawn the application. However you'll want to do this as soon as possible to ensure you don't end up being financially responsible for her for a year.

Since she hasn't yet become a PR, you can withdraw. If she had become a PR, infidelity alone would not matter. You would have to prove that she only got married to you for immigration reasons - and this proof would need to show more than the fact of the marriage breaking down after PR.

However, in your case this is all moot since she hasn't yet landed. You can simply cancel the sponsorship and get some money back.

That's 3 years. Minor typo in @scylla response.

You are not YET in the sponsorship undertaking. That starts on the day of the applicant landing as a PR.
Withdraw the application immediately and your financial exposure will be minimized to just the application fees, not including the RPRF.
