Hello,
I perused through a lot of information on this forum and CIC website about Express Entry, and am honestly lost. I want to work in Vancouver, BC.
Do I need to have an valid job offer before submitting my application to Express Entry pool ?
I can not find a clear answer to this question, I sent an email to PNP and they told me all Express Entry BC streams require the applicant to have a valid job offer. But on the CIC website, I am eligible to EE as Skilled Worker.
I can not find a job because I do not have a work permit, and can not have a work permit because I do not have a job offer ...
My situation : I have been working as software developer for 2 years, speak fluent French and English, have a Canadian Masters Degree and a French Engineer Degree. I think I qualify as a federal skilled worker but before paying for french/english tests and all, I would like to be sure my application will not be hindered by the fact I do not have a job offer.
Thank you,
Lucas B.
