I have already counted points and I am eligible. but there are no options as kiosk manager in NOC codes so I want to know if kiosk job is valid?

Did you have a team reporting to you? Were you supervising staff and responsible for their job duties, performance, etc.? You can only call yourself a manager title if you had people management responsibilities as part of your job.

I have 2 employees under me. There is a Manager Position and 2 sales person. I allot them duties and other stuff.

Retail kiosk is a very generic term. What type of goods or services do you provide? Can you possibly list some of your duties there?

it is cellphone accessories kiosk. and duties are:

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes
• Determine products to be sold, and implement price
• Respond to customer requests and issues
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
• Opening and closing of kiosk.
• Ensure inventory ordering is completed
• Build sales strategies.
• Responsible for ensuring an excellent customer service experience for every customer.
• Responsible for any other additional duties
• Identify needs and provide tailored recommendations for repairs, accessories, and additional services

It's valid as long as you can provide proof of work in the form of a job letter showing your tasks and duties. It must follow these requirements:

• should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
• should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits;

If it's hard for IRCC to verify this information, I'm afraid it's going to complicate your application.
