Have you looked into what it will take for you to be able to work as a doctor in Canada? Many (too many) doctors who come here are never able to complete the certification process and are never able to work in their profession again. Something to consider before you apply.

Based on your score I would imagine you are over 35. If you are a specialist except psychiatrist or pathologist there is almost zero chance you will be able to get relicensed which included repeating your whole residency. On top of that you may not be able to get a job like many Canadian graduates.

PNP programs are unlikely to pick doctors because the programs select specific skills they need in their province.

Shocking how little research most doctors do then they arrive in Canada and realize they will never work as a physician in. Canada.

Foreign trained physicians should consider other countries like the UK, US, gulf region countries often pay very well and provide a nice life, Australia and NZ may be looking. Various other countries that may not have English as their primary language but many would consider hiring an English speaking MD.

But after 8777 my crs will be 430. Then any chance to select in any pnp

You are unlikely to qualify for pnp because provinces use the program to select the skilled labour they need. Have you actually looked into alternate careers and what would be possible if you immigrated to Canada?
