How do you plan on going to Canada? As a visitor or are you planning to apply as a permanent resident?

Info on how to apply for a visitor’s visa and economic programs like express entry are all readily available on the internet.

Hello.. Thankyou for the reply. If visitors visa, nobody will invite me coz i dont have any communication with my husband. If theres a chance for visit and more essier.. i will go.. but of course better for me to apply permanent.

You don't need an invitation to apply for a visitor visa. You can apply on your own.

If you wish to move to Canada permanently, you will have to qualify and apply through one of Canada's economic immigration programs based on your level of education, work experience, language abilities, age and savings available to pay for your settlement in Canada. I would recommend that you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points based program and you need around 460 points to be selected.

You seem to be under the impression that you qualify for permanent residency based on your ex husband or the husband that you are separated from. Unfortunately that is incorrect.

Did he get divorced in Canada? He couldn’t get married again without getting divorced first.

he didnt but converted to muslim. thats why i want to file a case coz he played alot. I really want to file a case. Any idea, im here in dubai.

Are you 100% sure he has not filed for divorce before getting remarried and that he has legally gotten remarried and not just gotten married at a mosque. When he applied for PR were you listed on his application with your son?

I didnt recieve any divorce paper.. and i take a certificate of no marriage for his side, but his married twice. me and the other lady. first application me and my son.. but since we are separated.. no idea if he can file or change it so he can take the other girl.

It's entirely possible he filed for divorce from you in Canada and then married the other lady legally.
