Student visa delay

Hi,
I applied to Conestego college for september intake.I applied visa on 25th july through SDS online.I gave biometrics on 29th july.Last update which I received is medical update which is on 9th august.Since then there is no update.
I am worried as my classes starts by Sep 3rd. Though I requested college for a week late arrival, they said the last date to report is Sep 6th.
Can anyone help me with the same

my friend lodged file on 25 July he got visa today just 30 minutes ago.. he is also going to Conestoga..
