driving to ottawa from boston through montreal Express entry

Hello.

I will be moving to ottawa from boston. I will be driving there. My question is will it be ok to drive through The vermont border which leads to quebec province first? I know i can go anywhere with Express entry BUT Quebec. I just don't know if i can use the crossing border to head to ottawa. Please help. Thank you.

If you can prove your intent to head to Ottawa then you can land in Quebec.

Thanks for the information. Since i will be driving how do i prove that i will be going to Ottawa? i am going just through quebec. Is there another entry point i can use instead of the vermont one that leads into quebec? Thanks

Upond landing, you just need to provide an address outside of Quebec where they would send you PR card. That’s it
