Travelling outside canada with expire visa, study permit, work permit

Hello!!! I hope any of you can help me, I really worried about my situation.

My visa was expired in 2018, I have extended my study permit and work permit which are expiring on 30th august, 2019 I didn't stamped the new visa in my passport after my expired visa (2018) I just extended the study permit and work permit till 30th august 2019. Now, I just graduated in May, 2019 and finished my 2 years of studies. after that I applied for a post-graduation work permit in June, 2019. I am still waiting for them to make a decision, my application is still in progress.

However, due to some family issues I need to travel to India (flying on 9th September, 2019). So, my questions are...
1. Can I just leave Canada with expired study permit, work permit and visa ???
2. Can I apply for a TRV (temporary residence visa) from India ???
3. Do I have to wait for my new post-graduation work permit to be approved in order to apply for a new TRV???
4. What documents do I need to apply for TRV from India besides Post-graduation work permit????
5. Can I go to the us Canada border, and explain them my situation and give them valid reasons and try to convince them to issue the post-graduation work permit right away so I can apply for TRV as soon as possible (I have USA Visa) ???

Please if anyone have any knowledge in this kind of situation please let me know I am travelling in just a couple of weeks and I am really confused and scared.

Thank you for your guidance.
But I tried to contact IRCC and I was able to reach out, they said that they are sill working om applications received before May 3, 2019. I applied it on 26th June, 2019.So Its gonna take long time. But I am planning to come back to Canada at least around mid or end of October.
So, If I apply for TRV as soon as I arrive In India (2nd week of September), do you think I have chances of rejection if I apply without approval of PGWP ???
