Volunteer departure

Hi.
I had volunteer departure from USA in 2018.
I pay for my ticket and immigration court give the time period, in that time period I left the country. And July 25 I applied for Canada visitor visa. In 10 August I received my passport back with letter, that immigration section 16(1) they need some more documents. And I e-mailed tham my court order and copy of ticket. So how's the chance that I get approval or refuses.

I need some suggestions because I m confused in this situation.
