Hello everyone!

Wish you all a very good luck for the coming week!

Remember, as long as the file is not rejected, it’s not the end of the road and sooner or later the application is bound to be approved.

Keep applying the pressure from your end.

1. Raise a web query every 1 month
2. Call every 2 weeks
3. Order GCMS notes at least once every month if possible :)
4. Check account every alternate day if possible

Above all, live your current life to the fullest and try and keep yourselves busy. Don’t worry about things which you cannot control :)
Dude you are a Maestro. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

I 've submitted four notes, I got two so far, the recent one shows elegibility requires reviews by analyst, what should I do now?
I too have RR on my file according to the email from Ralph. When I called the call centre, the agent told me that my eligibility is in progress. I actually forgot to ask about the RR. But from what i have read so far it is very common to have RR on your file and i am pretty sure many have received their PPR even with RR. I have ordered my GCMS notes for a safer side but don't worry; it wouldn't be something major or we would have received ADRs by now.

I got to know from Ralph's office that my 'eligibility was not met'. I called IRCC the same day and they said that 'eligibility is in progress'. When I sent them an update by webform, they said 'application in queue for review by officer' which I imagine is the same as RR? It's all very confusing..

Yes, the GCMS notes are the clearest way to shed some light on your application

When I called up CIC the agent herself sent a reminder after which i got this reply, "Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications." This is the sole reason for ordering GCMS. Though I know i dnt need the notes and I will get my PPR much before the notes, it would be quite helpful incase i didnt and I could help CIC with additional documents. This could also mean a further delay in processing.

Please when you get your notes give us an update. I think you are best placed to solve the Eligibilitynotmet = or <> Eligibilitynotinitiated equation

Good luck @PrasadK

In my honest opinion, we should not panic if we have an RR or eligibility not met on our files. These are CIC terms; if we look at them literally it definitely looks like a problem but we do not know how CIC operates from inside and all we can do is speculate. For all we know it may not be a problem at all. Those may be just level 1 level 2 clearances.. plus we have seen a lot of not met and RRs getting their PRs. It is better to hang tight and let them do their job.Be positive at best.. But do order notes if you feel that you may have missed out on something or have a doubt, do call them if you feel anxious (I know I do) and send a webform if you continue feeling anxious (even an email from them though generic gives some amount of peace). Don't jump to conclusions and act in panic.

Yeah here's my pure speculation / assumption / theory:
Level 1 of the eligibility check is part of R-10 (initial clearance)
Level 2 is when the first-line reviewer marks an application as recommended pass / review required / not met
Level 3 is when the officer makes a definitive pass or fail

Please when you get your notes give us an update. I think you are best placed to solve the Eligibilitynotmet = or <> Eligibilitynotinitiated equation

Good luck @PrasadK
Thanks! I will keep you guys posted for sure.. Day 42 today from ordering my GCMS notes; eagerly awaiting an update!

My point exactly! Thanks bro for putting it so. There is a chance that even recommended pass may go for scrutiny at level 3 and not met might get cleared off as nothing important... We have no idea how it works. We should only doubt if we dont trust our own submitted documents.
