Withdraw PR application after approval

Hi folks,

My EE PR application was approved and I have not yet entered Canada. My approved application expires on Oct 31, 2019 and I have to enter before this date. Can I cancel/withdraw my PR application? Also, will I get any refunds?

Yes - you can withdraw / cancel. Only the landing fee will be refunded.
