You might wanna check Alberta as s province you wish to be considered for PNP on your EE profile if you haven’t already done so.

There are different streams under PNP and one of them is for overseas professionals without job offer. You have to be active in the EE pool to be eligible to be selected. I will advise you to do a thorough reading of AINP, and that of PEI

OINP and the rest are very competitive. Please it’s imperative that you do your research as each PNP has its own eligibility criteria.

Thnaks for the info... I'm already in the ee pool.. What else I need to do... My job code is 2741 developer and media etc..
Alberta chooses applicants already in the pool who have expressed interest in that province ( by checking off Alberta on their EE profile) Have you done that? Having a relative in AB also increases your chances. PEI how you will need to complete an expression of interest form to be nominated. Whether you will be nominated also depends on your NOC as some provinces have in demand NOCs based on which they nominate applicants. Please READ the various PNP programs to get more information and understanding.
