Is it possible for WES to evaluate a credentials on 2 months from the application day?
Depends. If it does not need extra verification then maybe with regular follow up you can get through within 2 months. But according to current trends it is taking much longer.

Well, if u can check back in 2018, the FST draw in september didnt affect the normal draw, and also if CIC decide to skip any more week or weeks again then they won't meet their target for this year.... and also FST draw is not specifically designed to happen September, in 2017 the second FST draw was held in November.so This time I believe it won't be held in September cos of the damage they did last week.
Cic is under no obligation to meet 'targets'. If they don't they will fudge up some numbers to appear like they did. That's how these government agencies work. Lots of landed pr's this year applied last year so will count towards this year's 'target'. This has no relation to the number of itas issued this year.

Well, even If I want to agree with u sir, is because we are all humans and that we can be unpredictable, but for the fact that they will forge up something to cover up,I really don't believe that. Canada is bigger than telling lies or scam.another thing I want to also point out is that there is never a way all ITAs giving in a particular year will be converted to PRs that same here, processing time for PR is 6 to 9 months. So eventually most PRs will be giving in the nxt year.i don't see how PRs giving in 2019 can make up for canada yearly target for 2019.

Also, there will be a growing disconnect starting now, between the number of ITAs issued and the number of PRs landing due to the increasing number of Canadian students with Canadian experience getting PRs. As this category of PRs grow, the time between ITA issued and landing reduces. For example, if the average time for a PR from outside to land in Canada is 6 months from issue or CoPR, for some one who is already in Canada, it is typically 1 month. I personally know some people who did master's in Canada and got PR this year after completing 1 year of Canadian experience. They typically complete their landing formalities as soon as they receive CoPR within a few weeks. They will be immediately counted towards this year's PR Target. Had it been some one from outside Canada they would have likely been counted towards next year's target not this year. as this average time between ITA to landing becomes shorter, it will cause the ITAs issued to reduce as well. This effect may not be too noticable this year however, but will definitely be pronounced next year.

Is it possible for WES to evaluate a credentials on 2 months from the application day?
Depends from where your qualifications are. E.g. My qualification is UK based ACCA and BSC Hons from UK University I actually got my ECA report in 1 month and 9 days from WES account creation date.

On the other hand my Wife's Qualification is from Pakistan and her ECA was submitted at same time as me, documents sent 18 days after WES account was created due to added WES requirements (Mine were directly sent by Uni and ACCA within a week). Right now her ECA is due for completion on 27-Aug-2019. In her case it is approximately 2 months after documents received and about 2 months 20 days after account creation date.

Any good or bad experience of having a representative (ICCRC approved) help with the process (HCP), which I should be cautious of ?

Though all information available in these forums to complete it on own, But I am having very less time.
Also thinking a representative might help catalyze my things and offload some burden.

They are coming at a high cost around 2500$, so was looking for opinion, if someone had an experience.
Incase someone have used services can you message me tried and tested companies.

Thanks!
