He can’t get BOWP,
You can only get BOWP if you have a valid work permit.
 
Also is LOE compulsory for visitor visa

I am ashamed of saying that i have got 450. I am ashamed as I cant score good in ielts and celpip. I have got canadian degree and 1.5 years of experience. if i get clb 9 then I will be at 464. Did celpip 5 times but the best I got is 9887. Will appear again next week. Lets see how it goes

I am maxed out!
And my work permit expires on 13th..
I have applied for visitor visa ... and if I don’t get a draw in September then packing bags !
 
I believe there is a good chance of Wednesday's draw. So my IELTS expires on the 17th. If I submit everything by the 16th will I still have to retake the ielts later when submitting passport?

Also, in case draw doesn't happen when should I update existing IELTS result to another so that I remain in the pool?
