After recieving AOR i realized there is bit of non-compliance between my employment letter and pay stubs. As perthe letter i work minimum of 44 hours per week. but i have only been working 44 hours since last 2 months. I hope that is not a problem. my other concern is that i arranged pay stubs in wrong order (staring from when first started the job), because that way official will see that i was not working minimum of 44 hours per week but around 39-40 hours a week. Also, my pay rate has changed since then.

Get an updated employment letter and recent paystubs, create a letter of explanation explaining the mixup, then create a single PDF will all of those documents. Submit that using the IRCC Web Form. You'll be fine. In the employment letter, make them say "justanewforeigner has been working XX hours a week from MMYYYY to MM YYYY and 44 hours a week since MM YYYY. They have been paid at a rate of XX/hour from MM YYYY to MM YYYY and XX/hour since MM YYYY."

Your pay stubs are NOT a required document. Only the employment letter is required.

Thank You! I have already attached every pay stub. so i guess i just need to add a new line to my letter which states number of hours per week and old pay rate from MMYYYY to MM YYYY and 44 hours a week and new pay rate since MM YYYY.

Exactly. People make mistakes and I am sure IRCC case officers understand that. You're owning up to it and trying to fix it, and that counts!
