How do I contact IRCC because my application is taking longer than expected

My wife filed for me to get my PR sometime around January 2018, we both live in the US, but i dont know what is going on for it to take this long....we submitted the documents requested but its still processing...
Can anyone help with info on this?

try ordering your notes and since it is longer than one year contacting your mp. May I ask what is your visa office though?

I'm going on 15 months myself. My common law partner is in Canada already. I'm stuck in New York. I'm also being processed in Mississauga for good or bad.... We have contacted the MP twice already but not getting any meaningful feedback. We are completely in the dark.
