Urgent advice, pr rejected

My friends PRs got rejected, and the appeal also didn't go through. The problem is he's been in Canada, working since 2017, his wife is now 7 months pregnant....is there a way to fast track a new application before the baby arrives? She's too pregnant to fly so now very little left in options. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

How did your friend apply for PR? Through which stream? What is their status in Canada now?

No - there is no way to fast track an application. IRCC will not process an application faster due to pregnancy.

FYI - You can still fly at 7 months.
