Hi all,
One of my friend, applied for TRV from Delhi but unfortunately it said in the online account that he has been refused visa, even though did not recieve any email to his direct email address.
But my question is when we track the application on the VFS website, it still shows ‘it is being processed at Canada Visa Office, for more information contact VAC helpline even though it’s been more than 3-4 days when we got that message in the online account.
Any help or answer to this would be highly appreciated!

If online account says it is refused then it is final as the decision came from IRCC. The status from VFS might say as being processed as the letter of refusal from IRCC might be in transit.

Visa applicants do not have direct transactions with IRCC (the body that approves/rejects the visa). VFS is just the mediator between the applicant and IRCC. That is why biometrics is submitted through VFS and if visa is approved they collect the passport and submit it to IRCC for stamping.

Tried calling VFS, New Delhi and also tried to contact the Canada visa office but no response.
Vfs never answers call nobody picks the call.
Can you help me with a genuine contact number that I reach them on or any reliable source?
