Hi. I have a question for a case. If someone is native of one of these countries like Afganistan, Burundi, Iraq, Egipto, Siria, Yemen etc. (countries that accepted faster by Canada) and is really persecuted unjustly, is violated by one of this countries, but also if this person lives in an other country in Latin America like Brasil, Argentina, Chile etc being citizen for option by these countries , not for birth or having permanent resident from these countries, and if he has a really risk of life in these countries too for persecution unjustly, what is the chance of getting refugee by Canada? Being a citizen or to have permanent resident too from countries of Latin America affects this process a lot? or do they look at more origin country like afganistan, iraq etc.. Thanks for your help.

If you are also a permanent resident or citizen of the South American country (except Venezuela) yes you will have a very hard time getting asylum in Canada. You would have to prove that your life is at risk in all areas of both countries which would be very difficult. If you gives a bit more information about your situation it would be more helpful.

They will look at both citizenships when assessing your refugee claim. To be successful, you will have to prove that you have refugee grounds for fleeing from both countries.
