when I will sure about chances, I will do my ECA, that's why I'm here for suggestions and help, where are u currently??
No one can be 100% sure, your questions are not specific.
Open a new thread and ask people , give details about your education/university. Play with the CRS tool and look at your chances instead of wasting time.

Other option is complete your ECA and Get a good IELTS Score and then ask for suggestions.

Hi All,
My CRS Score is 425 and looking the Express entry draw trends in the last 8 to 10 months, its safe to assume it will take ages for the scores to drop down to this level.

I am guessing my only choice is to look at PNP's
I have a total of 9 years banking experience with roles and responsibilities matching with NOC codes 0122 and 6235.

Initial 4 years work exp was with NOC code 0122 and the last 5 years has been with NOC Code 6235. Both my jobs have been with global banks located in 2 different countries.

I have been talking to various consultants and agents , everyone says Banking sales jobs are in demand in canada right now or at least are listed in a few provinces however none of them tell me clearly as to which pathway are they going to follow so that I can start preparing documents accordingly.

I looked in many forums online and spent a few days looking at PNP programs.
SINP - Banking is not listed in the "IN DEMAND" list however I am not sure if SINP express entry is an option to go ahead to try the EOI as I am eligible to claim 67 out of 100,thus within a month or 2 I should be shortlisted.
Manitoba MINP- Banking is listed however I am given to understand if i do not have a friend or relative in MANITOBA, I do not stand a chance to get the EOI.

Ofcourse I have also heard that Ontario and Alberta do send NOI for my CRS score, however this is a passive process and It could take months or may be more than year and its not worth the wait just for an NOI, post which the entire PNP and Express entry might take another 1 year.

Open to suggestions if I am missing on something and request you all to let me know if there is a PNP program for which I am eligible?

I have done job as a Customer Services Officer and having 450 Points in EE system. I applied for Alberta PNP and got PNP in July, 2019. Please be hopeful and try your best. You would get it since Sales job is in demand in AB province.

Rahul, I chose 6235. Financial sales representative. Same was the case with me since HR Department wont provide letter for the cross-selling and deposit mobilisatiom duties since these were not primarily part of our job. Therefote, I asled my colleage to write a reference letter in addition to simple HR letter to complement my JD. Hope this works for you as well since I got my PNP on reference letter.

Please note that I got a call from Alberta's office. A lady talked for almost 10 minutes and asker me various questions for instance, why did you switch jobs from engineering to banking, explicitly asked what do I do, asked almost 3-4 duties. Upon getting satisfacoty answers, I got PNP mail within seconds.

Firstly many congratulations. You have got a nomination with 6235 NOC which is extermely rare!!
Since you had 450 points that's another factor as Alberta and Ontario targets people with 430 plus scores.

God bless . Hopefully you get your PR in 6 months now .keep us updated

Thanku so much for your reply. I am also choosing Noc 6235 because there is no other option for me as I am working in public sector bank as clerk. I will do the same, I will prepare a reference letter to specify my duties. Keep updating the further details

Mona, thank you so much. Ya this might be the case.

I got NOI (Interest Letter) from Alberta on 6th April
Submitted all required documents alongwith provided forms which were received at AINP Office at 5th May, 2019, And was allocated file number.
Got a call on July 17th, 2019 in which I was asked various questions as already discussed. Minutes after which I received PNP.
Accepted PNP on 30th July, 2019 and now awaiting ITA in EE System. Hope this helps.

If you already perform 40-60% of duties matching NOC duties, you are good to go. You're welcome any time. Add me up for we both share same NOC Code.

April 6th you received the NOI, when did you actually make your express entry profile? Was your first score itself 450? Or did you keep amending your profile with time?

The reason I am asking these questions is trying to find a lead as to what prompted alberta to grant the NOI.
Thanks

I made my EE profile in February , 2019. At time of making Profile , I had 425 points in Crs system due to two years of work experience. These points increases to 450 in July, 2019 due to completion of 3 years work experience.

I did altering my profile time to time since many people recommend keepin it updated.

Personally, I believe any province would invite highest ranking candidates. But there isnt any hard and fast rule. What are your points?
