Proof of letter bank statements not submitted

Hello All:

I have an account with two banks and one of which is far for me to visit. I could manage the POF letter from the one near me but they refused to mention anything about loans or debts. And write the avg balance of 12 months [ around 4000 USD as it was not my direct deposit account for 4 months]]. I have been earning a salary of 4800 USD from last 2 yrs. However, just submitted the letter and not anything else. As in the instructions, only letter was demanded. Now I am afraid of rejection due to not providing additional supporting statements.

Do they right away reject a candidate or issue ADR? As I am in the US it was tough to get a soft copy of passport photo. I submitted as per their instructions on the account but after researching, I am afraid the one I submitted is not as per their requirement.

Why is it hard to get a soft copy of a passport photo in the US? I can hardly understand.

Because walgreens and cvs do not give you the soft copy. They don't have a system to exchange files. The only way is to get a hard copy and scan it with 600 dpi and sometimes they could be rejected too.
