Biometric letter due

hi there,

We’re a family of 04 and applied for TRV as visitors. My wife and I have received our biometric letters but my father hasn’t. Instead in his case a request letter is received to pay the biometric fee. Apparently this should have been asked at the same time whilst submitting the applications for all at the beginning!

The intimation to pay was received on 15May and I had paid that the same day and uploaded the receipt thru IRCC webform but to date there is no further progress seen in my IRCC Myaccount. Therefore, I would like to know was the receipt supposed to be uploaded thru this webform or some other channel as I couldn’t find any option in my IRCC Myaccount to upload as advised online. The other option advised was thru the webform, hence I rightly followed that. On 21May our biometric appointment is scheduled for all 03 of us. The 04th applicant doesn’t require biometric as 08yrs old.

Please let me know if you need any other details from me. Is there’s anything else I should do, what’s the usual time to get an update on this as I was also instructed to pay the fee in 10 days from request letter received. Is there a way we can contact canada high commission as i even emailed the receipt to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca yesterday and anticipating a reply.

Hi,
I have submitted my parents application for visitor visa. I didn’t receive the biometric request letter yet. Do you know how long it usually takes to get biometric request email after submission and full payment?

Hi Sama,

Please could you confirm the amount you’ve paid for them? If Cad100/applicant then you’re yet to pay a further biometric fee of Cad85. Once this is furnished, in max 2-3 working you should be receiving the letters.

If already paid, should not take more than 2-3 business days. Good luck!

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I’ve paid 100+100+170 for two applicants fee ( father and mother) and a family biometric.
As per your message, I should expect to get it soon.
