I think I read somewhere that they send the PPR emails in batches so maybe that's why you haven't received it yet. I'd say give it a week, if you don't get it then send a mail to the VO. Congrats in advance

I like the word batch, lol, sounds like we are the cakes that are still in the oven. I just tried again, it seems the problem has been solved. but nothing changed in the account, I guess the wish of this could be a sign of PPR can't be true anymore, lol
Don't lose hope buddy.. may be tomorrow or day after tomorrow but we will get it soon.. keep faith everyone !!

I received a reply in regards to the webform I had submitted earlier:
"Please be advised that your application is in the queue for review by an Officer. You will be contacted in due course."
Is this the 'Review Required' state or the final review ?

I just spoke to an IRCC agent and she explained to me the Review Require means that the officer reviewing your document just wants to double check something or that they want to ask for a second opinion from another officer. She explained that as long as they don't ask for any additional documents then you shouldn't have to worry as it is quite common. She stressed that they are trying to be as thorough with the applications as possible so that might be why.
