Where and When Do I upload my documents exactly?

Hey,

I have been trying to crack this since a while now, no thread or youtube video solved this for me. May be the query is too dumb to be asked.

I am doing the process all by myself.

I was under the impression that after ITA i would be given a form where i upload my documents and complete my application.

I am seeing this screen.

I filled the data here(actually a lot of it was pre-filled) but this form did ask for any of the document uploading.

So is it gonna ask me to submit my documents after i submit this or I am making a mistake somewhere?

After you submit the forms, you will get to a screen to upload your documents. Please keep in mind that once you submit the forms, you can hardly go back and change things. Make sure everything is right before submitting the form.
